This is the WOD that we did at our grand opening on December 26th.  For those of you who were there, it will be a good way to gauge your progress- even if you didn’t write down your time you should be able to remember how you felt doing CF for the first time and compare it to how you feel today.  I’m sure I sound like a broken record, but I encourage you to track your progress by writing down the WODs you do, the weight you use, and your time.  Seeing progress is always fun, and it’s nice to retest certain WODs periodically to see your improvement.
