1 minute of burpees

1 minute of wall-ball shots (20/14 to 10′)

1 minute of deadlifts
 (115/75)

1 minute of med-ball sit-ups
 (20/14)

1 minute of hang power cleans
 (115/75)

*Rest 1 minute

The end of the summer CFHY Pool Party is this Sunday, September 2nd at 2:00pm at the Falkowski’s house (5 Linden Road, East Sandwich, MA)

It is a BBQ Potluck Pool Party- we’re excited to celebrate a great summer and the start of a new season with the CFHY crew!

Family and friends are welcome and encouraged to come, and if you can bring a side to share great! HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

**This is also the last week of the 9:00am class for the summer.
