10 Goblet Squats 

20 Goblet Reverse Lunges

10 Goblet Squats

WOD

100 Double Unders or Mountain Climbers

Then:

2 Rounds

50 Air Squats

10 Burpees

14 Alt. Pistols
10 Burpees

14 Alt. Pistols

Then:
100 Doubles or Mountain Climbers

*No jump rope? Do 100 reps with an “imaginary rope”- it may seem silly but this is actually a great drill to work on your timing (and there’s nothing to trip on, which is nice).  Or- 100 mountains climbers or jumping jacks.

2 Rounds

1:00 Farmer’s Carry or Suitcase Hold (if doing suitcase hold, do one round with left hand and one with right hand)

1:00 Plank

1:00 Goblet Hold (hold KB or DB at your chest)
