Power Snatch-Hang Squat Snatch-Squat Snatch

The athlete will perform one snatch complex without removing their hands from the bar.  Once the squat snatch is complete they will rest for 60 seconds before performing the next complex.

Don’t forget about Memorial Day Murph this Monday!!!  The WOD begins at 11:00 and there will be a BBQ to follow!  We of course will scale the WOD as needed and all are welcome :)
