This WOD was requested by Marla in her last week at CrossFit Hyannis before she leaves us until next summer.  Marla has seen AMAZING progress over the last several months and we were lucky to have her with us.  If you see her this week please wish her luck as she heads off, and be prepared to see her back next summer better and stronger than ever!!!
