Heavy triples with a three second pause at the bottom of each squat (remember, the bottom is below parallel- hip crease below the knee)

:90 Work/:90 Rest  (One partner will work while the other rests)

20 Rounds (alternating with partner- each partner completes 10 rounds)

10 KB Swings (55/35)

10 Burpees

For the remainder of the 90 seconds complete as many wall balls as possible.  Your score is total wall balls completed as a team.
