Looking to dial in your nutrition?  Check out the “Lurong Resolution Challenge” which begins on January 16th and runs for five weeks until February 19th.  Registration opens TODAY.  We have had many members participate in Lurong Challenges before with great results- it’s a good way to add some accountability and direction to your nutrition choices.  A rep from Lurong will be at the gym on Monday, December 19th to answer any questions you have (and get you signed up if you’d like), or ask Katie or a member who has participated before, or check out the Challenge Series Website for more info about the Challenge!
