Work to 1RM, then do as many as possible (AMAP) at 80%

10 Pull ups
10 Walking Lunges
*Every minute on the minute do 5 burpees- this WOD begins with 5 burpees.

WHEN: March 28th after the evening classes throw down on 14.5.

WHY: Celebrate all the victories of the 2014 Open!!!

CrossFit Hyannis Family Cheat Night:  There will be pizza and beer, along with an AMWAP (as many wings as possible).

Come throw down, cheer on your buddies, and party!

      

Details:

  • 3 minutes to consume as many bone-in wings as possible
  • There will be a buy in to participate (once we find out how many people are participating we will let you know, it will be between $7-$10)
  • Full rules and judging standards will be explained day of
  • Sign up at the gym!
