Nick mu strength to rebuildStarting in January, the first Monday of every month at the 6:30pm class will be “Bring a Friend Day.”  So if you have a friend who keeps asking about CrossFit this is a perfect opportunity for them to check it out!  Because the first Monday of January is a holiday, we will have Bring a Friend day on Tuesday, January 2nd at the 6:30pm class next month.
