There’s only one way to achieve success- work for it.  For those of you doing the Paleo Challenge, keep your resolve these next few days.  You may feel drained or a little off- your body is detoxing from carbs and sugar and learning how to use this new “clean” food as fuel.  Stick with it, and fight any urge to give up.  Everybody has been crushing it at the gym, it’s so amazing to see people’s progress over our first month.  Keep up the great work!
