Lurong Living Paleo Challenge 2013

We will once again be a host for the Lurong Living Paleo Challenge.  Last year we had a lot of members see great success during this challenge.  There will be more information to follow, but in the meantime check out the LuRong Living Paleo Challenge 2013 website and watch the video below.  See Katie or any of those who did the challenge last year for more info.  Registration is open and the challenge begins on September 16th.  This is a perfect time to dial in your diet and recommit to training!
