Work up to a 5RM Deadlift

Deadlifts (135/95)

Power Cleans (135/95)

Front Squats (135/95)

Push Jerks (135/95)

Perform two reps of each movement, then four reps of each movement, then six reps, etc.  Continue on in this pattern for 14 minutes.

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to those who nominated me for the “Cape & Plymouth Business’ 40 Under 40 Award” and the rest of the CFHY community.  I am so blessed to be able to do something I love and feel passionate about every day, and to get to share that with such a wonderful, dynamic, and STRONG community.  As we approach our year and a half anniversary, I’m so filled with gratitude for each of you and your role in making CrossFit Hyannis the place and family that it is!
