First of all thank you to all who donated to CrossFit for Hope, we surpassed our goal and raised over $1100 for St. Jude’s.  It’s a blessing to be part of such a giving community!  As of right now the CrossFit community has donated $1.2 million dollars, with a goal of reaching $1.7 million by June 24th.  Donations will continue to be accepted at THANK YOU!

Also, as you all probably know by now this is my last week of school/teaching.  It has been a wonderfully crazy last five months of both teaching and coaching at CFHY, but I look forward to being at the gym full time.  I have been so energized by all of our athletes and your determination to get better each and every day.  I am so grateful for your energy, and for helping to make the dream of CrossFit Hyannis a reality. I look forward to dedicating my full energy and spirit to making CrossFit Hyannis the best it can be.  Get ready for continued bigger and better things at CFHY!!!
