Thank You Veterans!

Monday, November 12, 2012

Today in a very special way we thank all veterans for your service to our country.  We appreciate the sacrifices you have made, your courage, and your willingness to lay it all on the line for our country.  As we do the WOD today, we also remember all those who have given the ultimate sacrifice and we offer up our minor discomforts/suffering as a way to honor them.

Don’t forget to submit your WOD to The Fallen Heroes Project.  Their goal is to collectively complete 5,000,000 pounds lifted, 500,000 meters ran and 50,000 reps completed through Hero WODs from from November 11, 2012 (Veterans Day) to May 27, 2013 (Memorial Day), while also raising money for the Wounded Warriors Project.  Let’s help them reach the goal!
