Thanksgiving is NEXT WEEK!  We will have a normal schedule on Wednesday, one workout at 9:00am on Thanksgiving Day, and classes at 10:00am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm on Friday.  The Thanksgiving morning workout will be a partner workout (don’t worry if you don’t have a partner).  It’s a great way to start your day- hope to see you there!
