Five Rounds of 7 Reps of the Following Sequence:
Power Clean

Front Squat

Push Press

Back Squat

Push Press


1. One rep is through all the movements listed above. Do that seven times for one round. Do 5 rounds total.

2. During a round you must maintain your grip on the bar at all times.  The bar may not rest on the ground during your rounds.

3. You can rest as long as you want in between rounds.

4. Goal is to increase loads each round to complete “The Bear” with max load.  Your score is your max load.  There is no time component to this WOD.

5.  Push yourself.
