20 Russian Twists with Plate (45/25)

20 Overhead Walking Lunges with Plate (45/25)

Part Two:
6x300m Row

Each row should be a max effort. Rest approximately the same amount of time the row takes you (1:1- Work:Rest)  Score is your slowest row.
