The CrossFit Open is coming!  That’s right, with the changes to the Games season, the Open is now runs from October 10- November 11.  As in years past we will be doing the workouts at the gym on Fridays (whether you are officially registered or not).  The Open is a worldwide CrossFit competition and is a great way to push yourself and have some fun with the CFHY community.  Check out more information at the link below and ask a Coach if you have questions- hope to see you registered and throwing down!!!!
