Strength

Front Squat + Push Jerk + Front Squat + Split Jerk

Work up to a heavy set.  Each movement must be distinct (no thrusters) and you may use a rack.

The Open is Upon Us!

The first workout has been released and the excitement within the worldwide CrossFit community is palpable.  If you haven’t already registered it’s not too late (Do it here!)  We will be doing the Open WODs every Friday for the next five weeks at the gym, and you will also be able to do them on the weekends during open gym.  Over thirty CFHY athletes have already signed up- join in on the fun!  There will be an opportunity for prizes each week for those officially registered, and it’s a great way to be part of the global CrossFit community and push yourself to new levels.  YOU CAN DO IT.
