We have invited CrossFit Bourne athletes to join us this Friday evening to join us for 16.3.  In lieu of regularly scheduled classes we will be running heats of 16.3 beginning at 4:30pm.  It’s going to be a great night to throw down, cheer people on, and have some fun!  Whether you are officially competing in the Open or not come out to throw down and cheer people on!  Morning classes will still be doing 16.3, but all are encouraged to come to the gym Friday night either way to cheer people on and have some fun!
