Join us next Monday at 9:00am for our 8th annual Memorial Day Murph workout. This workout can be scaled/modified like all workouts, and is a great opportunity to come together as a community and honor our fallen. This will be the only class of the day, and there will be a potluck brunch after- hope to see you there!
