Pursue Better Every Day

Over the last 6+ years at CrossFit Hyannis I’ve worked with hundreds of people on their overall health and fitness- and I think we’ve done a great job educating and helping people with the physical and nutrition side of things.  But there’s another HUGE component that goes into not only optimizing your fitness, but also your overall quality of life- and that’s your mindset.

With that in mind, I created the “Pursue Better Every Day” Challenge Course- think of it like a nutrition challenge, but for your mindset.  It’s a time to refocus on your goals, habits, and mindset- and take the needed action to level up.  It applies to not just your time in the gym, but other areas of your life as well.

Over the years I’ve spent a lot of time researching, observing, and striving to implement these best practices and have no doubt the information can help others no matter their goals (yes, including YOU).

Don’t be scared by the word “course”- it’s really an opportunity to reflect on different areas of your life and how to improve them, and I have no doubt it will kick you into action. It includes videos, overviews of topics, challenge activities, and reflections to guide you. You go at your own pace, take the information, and run with it.
